ok, in case you were wondering why i've been mostly quiet, blogger's "upgrades" totally trashed my site over the past few days. it wouldn't let me upload my posts, and instead uploaded a blank page. so there you go.

so i suppose the phrase "put a cork in it, horndog" doesn't really register on the other side of the atlantic: liam gallagher is expecting a baby with his girlfriend of 5 months, all saints' nicole appleton. liam and exwife patsy kensit only just got a divorce two months ago, not that long after she had a child, named lennon, with liam. i mean, honestly, it's not like they're going to last for very long, do they really need to bring another kid into liam's muddled life? lordy. i pity the children.

it really wouldn't be fair, it's not bush's fault people are dumb: the florida supreme court has rejected a lawsuit trying to get a revote in palm beach county. this is perfectly right; in fact while it'd probably benefit my side to revote, i don't want them to revote. unfortunately, al gore will have to go down as a martyr for election reform. to order a revote, as opposed to these recounts, is ridiculous - do you only allow people who voted the first time to vote? if you allow all voters, what if people who didn't vote show up? plus, with all this extra info and political behavior, what if people change their vote (ie naderites)? it'd skew everything. and you can't really prove that anyone was confused by the ballot, just that whiny pants are claiming they were. people, read before you do things. and if you do it wrong, swallow your pride and ask for a new paper slip. duh.
